Officially established in 2023 by Elise Ward, a Scott County teacher and foster parent, Fostering Crossroads is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization providing resources and supporting foster and adoptive children in Scott County, Iowa. Fostering Crossroads was founded to provide recourses, support, emergency placement bags and events for children currently in foster care in Scott County.
